Pierwsza część artykułu omawia znaczenie norm w Unii Europejskiej oraz oznaczenia norm dotyczących elektroenergetycznych sieci rozdzielczych i instalacji. Następnie omawia zakres i wybrane postanowienia normy PN-EN 61140, tj. zasady ochrony przed porażeniem elektrycznym, prądy dotykowe, prądy przewodu ochronnego PE w instalacjach i urządzeniach niskiego napięcia i inne wymagania tej normy. Następnie są omówione nowe zasady i wymagania stawiane ochronie przeciwporażeniowej w normie PH-HD 60364-4-41 tj. zakres tematyczny tej normy, wymagania podstawowe, wymagania wspólne dla układów TN i TT stawiane środkowi (systemowi) ochrony - samoczynne wytaczanie zasilania. Omówiono też dobór i montaż wyposażenia elektrycznego instalacji niskiego napięcia w normie PN-HD 60364-5-51, tj. zakres tematyczny tej normy i sposoby oznaczania barwami przewodów PEN i żył przewodów wielożyłowych oraz schematy, tablice i wykresy.

The first part of the article discusses the importance of standards in the European Union and designations of standards concerning the power engineering installations and distribution networks. Then it discusses the range and selected provisions of standard PN-EN 61140 i.e. principles of electric shock protection, touch currents, rotective conductor currents PE in installations and devices of low voltage and other requirements of that standard. Then the new principles and requirements concerning the shock protection in standard PH-HD 60364-4-41are presented i.e. the thematic range of that standard, the basic requirements, the common requirements for systems TN and TT concerning the device (or the system) of protection - automatic switch off the supply. The selection and montage of electric equipment of low voltage installations in accordance with the standard HD 60364-5-51 was also discussed i.e. the thematic range of that standard and the methods of marking with colours the conductors PEN and cable conductors in many-core cables and schemes, tables and diagrams.
