Показано, что инновации являются ключом к экономическому росту и успеху сельскохозяйственного предприятия. Важным условием внедрения инноваций в практическую работу является идентификация рисков и минимизация их негативного влияния. Подтвержден тезис о наличии в сельском хозяйстве Украины инновационного потенциала. Его реализация силами негосударственного сектора позволяет достичь значительно более высокой эффективности по сравнению с государственным. Инновационный потенциал отрасли также повышает и ее инвестиционную привлекательность. Однако реализация инвестиционного потенциала сопряжена с высоким уровнем рисков. Связанными, в частности, с последствиями вооруженной агрессии, запутанным местным законодательством и особенностями его применения на практике, прочим. Поэтому инновационные инвестиционные проекты с меньшими сроками окупаемости являются более предпочтительными в данных условиях.

It has been shown that innovation is the key to the economical growth of the agricultural enterprise and to its success. The important prerequisite of introduction the innovations to the practical activities of the agricultural enterprise is the identification and minimization of bad influences of risks. The thesis on existence of the innovation potential in the agriculture of Ukraine has been confirmed. Realization of such potential by non-state sector entities allows a significantly better efficiency comparing to the state sector. The innovation potential of the agriculture boosts its investment attractiveness as well. But A. attracting investments is complicated by high level of risks. Those are consequences of armed aggression, complicated local legislation and peculiarities of its practical application, others. Therefore in such situation priorities should be given to investment projects with shorter payback periods.
