Abstrakty
A new idea of incremental angle transducer with micromagnets NdFeB and miniature Hall-effect sensors was proposed. Using as markers and detector such elements makes it possible to further increase the resolution of the phenomenon by using overlapping magnetic fields of adjacent magnets. Through the selection of geometric configuration was obtained doubling the number of pulses per revolution. There was made simulation studies, with use of mathematical model of the pair: magnet and sensor - built on basis of preexperiments and then experiments on demonstrator of technology. The results of both: simulation and physical experiments indicate the implementation of the proposed method for measuring the angle of rotation. There is a possibility of applying of the new encoders as miniature transducers of angular displacements in microdrives and other microdevices.
