Artykuł prezentuje metodę oceny postępów rehabilitacji za pomocą testu stabilografii nadążnej. Głównym efektem prac jest metoda wydzielania oraz parametryzacji subtrajektorii różnicowych lewej i prawej nogi z pierwotnej trajektorii stabilograficznej. Badania pilotażowe pacjentów przeprowadzone w czasie rehabilitacji po endoprotezoplastyce stawu biodrowego wskazują na to, że porównanie parametrów lewej i prawej subtrajektorii różnicowej z wykorzystaniem zaproponowanych metod pozwala na ocenę postępów rehabilitacji.

The paper presents the rehabilitation progress evaluation method by means of follow-up posturography test. The main effect of the work is left and right differential subtrajectory subtraction (from the original one) and theirs parameterization method. Preliminary examinations of the patients after hip replacement surgery shows that presented approach allows to evaluate the rehabilitation progress.
