Czy nowa koncepcja strategiczna NATO, przyjęta 19 listopada 2010 roku, będzie stanowiła klarowną wytyczną do rozwijania własnych zdolności obronnych? Czy spowoduje wypracowanie strategii odzwierciadlającej interesy Polski? Autor, chociaż nie daje konkretnej odpowiedzi na przedstawione pytania, uważa, że istnieje szansa na stworzenie strategii obejmującej sprawy bezpieczeństwa, obrony i sił zbrojnych.

Will the NATO's new strategic concept adopted on November 19, 2010 be a clear guideline for expanding own defense capabilities? Will it lead to developing a strategy reflecting Polish interests? The writer, although never fully answers these questions, thinks that there is a chance to create a strategy covering the issues of security, defense and armed forces.
