The results of a study on structure and parameters of an SOFC-GT Hybrid System of the future for Distributed Power Generation are presented herein. The study investigates a system with an electrical power output of about 6MW, fuelled by natural gas, such as might supply a typical office building. The structure and parameters of the system were determined to optimize electric efficiency. A sensitivity analysis regarding changes to these parameters was performed. This paper is connected with developmental grant R 06 006 01.
