An integrated general model of critical infrastructure accident consequences including the process of initiating events, the process of environment threats and the process of environment degradation models related to the climate-weather change process in its operating area is presented. The model is proposed to the evaluation of losses associated with the environment degradation caused by the critical infrastructure accident and to investigate the climate-weather influence on these lossess.
