There is a great amount of non-traditional power row materials - gashydrates in the deposits of the Black Sea and the Azov Sea (Ukraine). The results of forming and disforming process of gashydrates in laboratory conditions are adduced in the paper. The researches were held on the molecular and extra molecular level using also the methods of nuclear magnetic resonance, nuclear magnetic relax spectorgraphy and electronic paramagnetic resonance. Taking into consideration these results we insist on helding of scientific proactive work oriented on the creation of effective technology of gas production from the gashydrates.
