Novelty and goals: Digitalization and networking are not only changing the solution space of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (SCM). At the same time, the technical possibilities are also changing the efficient work of science (cf. Behrendt et al., 2023). Traditional scientific work only asks for the results of a current, focused, but at the same time comprehensive literature research. In addition, the task of research is to reflect on the acquisition of scientific knowledge holistically and to document it in a transparent and comprehensible manner. Methodology: Based on decades of expert knowledge, this paper shows how a holistic assessment of the state of knowledge in 2024 should be carried out. The topic of ‘expert interviews’ is then discussed in detail: procedure, evaluation, preparation and hints/tips. Results: The existing expert knowledge of the four authors on ‘expert interviews’ in the field of Logistics and SCM is externalized in a condensed, transparent and comprehensible manner. This is intended to stimulate subsequent utilization for all types of scientific work. The value of this work lies in leaving traditional paths of thinking and focusing on a perspective on the topic of Logistics 4.0 based on expert knowledge.

Nowość i cele: Cyfryzacja i sieciowanie nie tylko zmieniają przestrzeń rozwiązań w logistyce i zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw (SCM). Jednocześnie możliwości techniczne wpływają na efektywną pracę nauki (por. Behrendt i in., 2023). Tradycyjna praca naukowa koncentruje się jedynie na wynikach aktualnych, ukierunkowanych, ale jednocześnie wszechstronnych badań literaturowych. Ponadto zadaniem badań jest holistyczne reflektowanie nad pozyskiwaniem wiedzy naukowej i jej dokumentowanie w sposób przejrzysty i zrozumiały. Metodologia: Opierając się na dekadach wiedzy eksperckiej, niniejszy artykuł pokazuje, jak powinna zostać przeprowadzona holistyczna ocena stanu wiedzy w 2024 roku. Następnie szczegółowo omówiono temat „wywiadów z ekspertami”: procedurę, ewaluację, przygotowanie oraz wskazówki i porady. Wyniki: Istniejąca wiedza ekspercka czterech autorów na temat „wywiadów z ekspertami” w dziedzinie logistyki i SCM została przedstawiona w sposób zwięzły, przejrzysty i zrozumiały. Ma to na celu pobudzenie dalszego wykorzystania we wszelkiego rodzaju pracach naukowych. Wartość tej pracy polega na odejściu od tradycyjnych ścieżek myślenia i skupieniu się na perspektywie dotyczącej tematu Logistyki 4.0 opartej na wiedzy eksperckiej.
