PL

Zmieniający się styl życia ma olbrzymi wpływ na sposób postrzegania domu. Coraz rzadziej żyjemy w domach wielopokoleniowych, co wpływa na ich wielkość. Równolegle zwiększa się zapotrzebowanie na kompaktowe budownictwo oferujące niższą cenę, a więc bardziej dostępne. Ponadto należy wspomnieć o zwiększonej mobilności społeczeństwa. Wymienione aspekty powodują zmianę paradygmatu domu, z czegoś permanentnego na tymczasowy produkt, który powinien być uniwersalny, adaptowalny i tym samym łatwy w obrocie. Dla młodego pokolenia ważniejsze od posiadania jest doświadczanie, co przekłada się na niechęć do dużych zobowiązań finansowych. Dlatego autor w artykule podejmuje się porównania ekonomiki czterech domów, z których trzy mają możliwość rozbudowy w dowolnym czasie.

The changing way of life leads to different perception of the house. People less often live in multi-generation houses and that influences the size of the building and parallelly leads to increasing need of smaller and more affordable houses. Moreover, there is rising influence of uncertainty in the professional aspects that forces higher mobility of society. This leads to change of house paradigm from permanent refuge to temporary thing. The “thing” cannot cost a lot and all the more cannot tie the possibility of the user. Younger generation switch form inhabitant to user of the house. The trend from “to have” strives to “to be” and “to experience” and in autor’s opinion the direction is inevitable. So, if the user prefers independence and possibility of increase the house in appropriate time, with small financial effort, the author compares 4 houses with different size and various scalability potential as an essential background in the discussion.
