Abstrakty

EN

Security in the aspect of strategic analyses and empirical research has been discussed in the article. Basing on Polish and foreign experts opinions of these problems and research conducted by the Military Institute for Sociological Research, the author has worked out analysis models of security and has attempted to systemise various dimensions of this complex phenomenon. Taking into consideration psychological-social and organisational elements of security, not only the threats are stressed but also the challenges and connected with them chances in reference to different subjects. The role of selective subject’s creative activity and their development has been focused on, as essential elements and factors of security.
