V stat’e rassmatrivaûtsâ tendencii razvitiâ proektirovaniâ i stroitel’stva žilyh zdanij iz sbornogo železobetona v kontekste osnovnyh napravlenij gosudarstvennoj žiliŝnoj politiki Respubliki Belarus’. Analiziruûtsâ priemy sozdaniâ arhitekturnoj vyrazitel’nosti krupnopanel’nyh žilyh zdanij na primere g. Minska i minskoj aglomeracii. Daûtsâ predloženiâ po sozdaniû dostupnosti prostranstv obŝego pol’zovaniâ žilyh zdanij dlâ lûdej s ograničeniâmi žiznedeâtel’nosti. Opredelâetsâ rol’ specialista arhitektora v formirovanii individual’nogo oblika žilyh zdanij i žilyh kompleksov na osnove ispol’zovaniâ tipovyh èlementov.

The article discusses the development trends of design and construction of residential buildings from precast concrete in the context of the main directions of the state housing policy of the Republic of Belarus. The methods of creating the architectural expressiveness of large-panel residential buildings are analyzed on the example of the city of Minsk and the Minsk agglomeration. Proposals are being made to create accessibility of public spaces for residential buildings for people with disabilities. The role of a specialist - architect in the formation of the individual appearance of residential buildings and residential complexes, based on the use of standard elements, is determined.
