W artykule przedstawiono przegląd literatury dotyczącej integracji systemów zarządzania. W szczególności określono motywy i zalety integracji systemów, ograniczenia i trudności, poziom integracji, modele integracji, integracja auditów, zmiany w czasie oraz wyniki integracji. Opisane badania dotyczące integracji systemów zarządzania wskazują na wiele korzyści, które występują w takich obszarach, jak: dokumentacja systemów, audity, zarządzanie. Skutecznie wdrożone i zintegrowane systemy przyczyniają się również do wzrostu zadowolenia klientów oraz innowacyjności organizacji.

There has been presented a review of the literature on the integration of management systems. In particular, there were identified the motives, benefits and difficulties arising from the systems integration. The level of integration, models of integration, audits integration, changes in time and the results of integration were described. Organizations integrating their management systems, indicate many advantages on system documentation, audits and management. Efficiently implemented and integrated management systems also contribute to an increase in customer satisfaction and innovation.
