W artykule przedstawiono wyniki analizy porównawczej frameworków CSS Bootstrap i Foundation, określającej, która z technologii tworzenia responsywnych stron internetowych jest najbardziej efektywna. Na potrzeby przeprowadzenia eksperymentów badawczych stworzono dwie analogiczne strony internetowe za pomocą wspomnianych technologii. Obie technologie zostały poddane badaniom porównawczym pod kątem kryteriów takich jak: kompatybilność z urządzeniami mobilnymi i desktopowymi, czas ładowania witryny, wielkość plików i liczba linii kodu, kompatybilność z przeglądarkami, dostępne komponenty i wsparcie.

The article presents a comparative analysis of the CSS frameworks Bootstrap and Foundation, determining which technology is the most effective for creating responsive websites. For the purposes of conducting research experiments, two analogous websites were created using the aforementioned technologies. Both technologies were subjected to comparative evaluation based on criteria such as: compatibility with mobile and desktop devices, website loading time, file size and number of code lines, browser compatibility, available components, and support.
