W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję wentylowanej fasady podwójnej i zasady jej działania jako elementu wentylacji budynku. Zaprezentowano również fragmenty analizy działania fasad podwójnych, na podstawie której określono wskaźnik sprawności odzysku ciepła dla przykładowych rozwiązań fasady. Wyniki analizy pozwoliły przedstawić szereg praktycznych wniosków dotyczących stosowania wentylowanej fasady podwójnej.

The paper presents a concept of double skin facade and principles of its performance as an element of building ventilation. Also, some parts of the façade performance analysis are discussed and the heat recovery efficiency of the facade performance is calculated for a number of different double skin facades. The analysis results allow presenting some recommendations concerning an application of double skin facades.
