Abstrakty

PL

Histiocytoza jest schorzeniem wieloukładowym [1], w którym dochodzi do zaburzenia czynnosci układu siateczkowo-srodbłonkowego, które prowadzi do ciagłej stymulacji immunologicznej, podziałów i nagromadzenia komorek Langerhansa w różnych narządach. Histiocytoza jest rzadką chorobą występującą najczęściej u dzieci w wieku 1-3 lat [2], nieco częściej u chłopców [3-5]. Przypadek kliniczny: Przedstawiamy obraz radiologiczny histiocytozy z rzadką lokalizacją w kości klinowej u 2 dzieci w badaniu TK i MR. Wnioski: Histiocytoza komórek Langerhansa, pomimo że jest rzadką chorobą i z uwagi na niespecyficzny obraz kliniczny i radiologiczny, powinna być brana pod uwagę w diagnostyce różnicowej schorzeń w obrębie głowy i szyi.

Histiocytosis is a multisystem disease [1], wherein there is dysfunction of the reticuloendothelial system, which leads to chronic immune stimulation, proliferation and accumulation of islet cells in different organs. Histiocytosis is a rare disease, occurring most often in children aged 1-3 years [2], slightly more common in boys [3-5]. Clinical case: Viewing radiological histiocytosis with a rare location in the sphenoid bone in 2 children in CT and MR. Conclusions: Langerhans cell histiocytosis due to non-specific clinical and radiological should be included in the differential diagnosis of diseases of the head and neck.
