Kapitał intelektualny jest obiektem zainteresowania przedsiębiorstw od niedawna. Jednak jego powszechnie uznawana kluczowa rola w procesie efektywnego zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem sprawia, że podejmowane są intensywne badania zmierzające do szczeblowej charakterystyki tego zagadnienia oraz jego związków z pozostałymi obszarami funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa.

Intellectual capital is the object of interest in companies recently. However, the widely recognized key role in the effective management of the enterprise contribute to intense research to the particular characteristics of this problem and its relationship with other areas of the enterprise.
