Zespół antyfosfolipidowy to autoimmunizacyjna choroba układowa związana z występowaniem żylnych i tętniczych incydentów zakrzepowych oraz powikłań położniczych, w przebiegu której stwierdza się trwałą obecność w osoczu przeciwciał antyfosfolipidowych.

Antiphospholipid syndrome is an autoimmune systemic disease associated with venous and arterial thrombosis, obstetric complications, as well as the persistent presence of antiphospholipid antibodies in plasma.
