BIM as a new way of designing and a new approach to creating building investment has already made itself at home in Europe and the first projects are already being implemented in Poland. The development of this technology and trends in the field of construction clearly show that sooner or later, to be able to play a part in the market, each office will have to go through a stage of change and adapt its work to BIM standards. Terrain projects or external networks, although often omitted in statements and publications related to parametric modeling, are also performed in BIM technology. Creating a smart network model opens up new possibilities and streamlines work on a given investment.
