Results of simulation and measurements of propagation of pulses in coaxial line in which the screen is not a perfect reference system for central conductor. The screen relative to its environment is a long line. On the basis of laboratory measurements, the structure of the coaxial line model was proposed, in which the screen was modelled as a distributed-constant circuit.
