The topics related to the CRP alert levels and alert levels in Poland are important and topical. Although this is not a new area in the science of security, the use of CRP alert levels and alert levels as a tool for anti-terrorist activities by public administration bodies in an uninterrupted (continuous) mode for over a year throws a completely different light at the issue of CRP alert levels and alert levels than the one that was known until February 24, 2022. In the past, alert levels were introduced many times in the classic approach (ALFA and BRAVO), as well as in relation to threats in the cyberspace of the Republic of Poland (ALFA-CRP, BRAVO-CRP and CHARLIECRP), both for the entire country and the importance of smaller ones defined in a different way; however, it should be noted that in general until February 2022, it was primarily related to the organization of mass events or presidential and parliamentary elections. The aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine has resulted in alert and CRP alert levels accompanying us uninterruptedly for more than a year, affecting the classical space, the cyber environment as well as the area of the Polish energy infrastructure located beyond the country’s borders. In view of the above, given the geopolitical situation in the region of Central and Eastern Europe, knowledge about the meaning of the CRP alert levels and the CRP alert levels, as well as the need and ability to carry out projects to be implemented after the introduction of a specific alert level and CRP alert level, becomes particularly important. The aim of the article is to diagnose the level of knowledge among respondents regarding the issue of CRP alert levels and alert levels, taking into account the applicable legal acts in this regard, knowledge about the current situation and the obligations of selected entities stemming from the introduction of CRP alert levels and alert levels. In order to better illustrate the inventoried knowledge, more than 20 drawings have been prepared, which present the distribution of answers to the posed questions.

Tematyka odnosząca się do stopni alarmowych i stopni alarmowych CRP w Polsce jest ważna i aktualna. Wprawdzie nie jest to nowy obszar w naukach o bezpieczeństwie, niemniej jednak wykorzystanie stopni alarmowych i stopni alarmowych CRP jako narzędzia do działań o charakterze antyterrorystycznym przez organy administracji publicznej w trybie nieprzerwanym (ciągłym) od ponad roku rzuca na problematykę stopni alarmowych i stopni alarmowych CRP zupełnie inne światło aniżeli to, które znane było do 24 lutego 2022 r. W przeszłości wielokrotnie wprowadzane były stopnie alarmowe w ujęciu klasycznym (ALFA oraz BRAVO), jak również w odniesieniu do zagrożeń w cyberprzestrzeni RP (ALFA-CRP, BRAVO-CRP oraz CHARLIE-CRP), zarówno w odniesieniu do obszaru całego kraju, jak i obszarów znaczenie mniejszych, określonych w inny sposób. Należy jednak zaznaczyć, że do lutego 2022 r. związane było to z organizacją imprez o charakterze masowym albo wyborami prezydenckimi i parlamentarnymi. Agresja Federacji Rosyjskiej na Ukrainę spowodowała, że stopnie alarmowe i stopnie alarmowe CRP towarzyszą nam nieprzerwanie od ponad roku, przy czym dotyczą one zarówno przestrzeni klasycznej, środowiska cyberprzestrzeni, jak również obszaru polskiej infrastruktury energetycznej znajdującej się poza granicami kraju. Wobec powyższego w obliczu sytuacji geopolitycznej w rejonie Europy Środkowo- Wschodniej szczególnego znaczenia nabiera wiedza dotycząca znaczenia stopni alarmowych i stopni alarmowych CRP oraz potrzeba i zdolność do wykonywania przedsięwzięć do realizacji po wprowadzeniu określonego stopnia alarmowego i stopnia alarmowego CRP. Celem artykułu jest diagnoza poziomu wiedzy respondentów związanej z problematyką stopni alarmowych i stopni alarmowych CRP, obejmująca obowiązujące akty prawa w tym zakresie, wiedzę na temat obecnej sytuacji oraz obowiązki wybranych podmiotów wynikające z wprowadzenia stopnia alarmowego i stopnia alarmowego CRP. Dla lepszego zobrazowania zinwentaryzowanej wiedzy opracowano ponad 20 rysunków, na których zaprezentowano rozkłady odpowiedzi na zadawane pytania.
