The article is a continuation of the existing legal acts review on the safety of products placed on the European Union (EU) market. The review, in part IV concerning the provisions on the control of hazardous substances in toys, covers both EU legal acts and national acts transposing EU regulations into Polish law in this regard.

Artykuł jest kontynuacją przeglądu obowiązujących aktów prawnych dotyczących bezpieczeństwa produktów wprowadzanych na rynek Unii Europejskiej (UE). Przegląd, w części IV dotyczący przepisów w zakresie kontroli substancji niebezpiecznych w zabawkach, obejmuje zarówno akty prawne UE, jak i akty krajowe transponujące przepisy unijne do prawa polskiego w tym zakresie.
