Artykuł prezentuje wybrane przykłady współczesnych muzeów europejskich, których forma zaprojektowana została w powiązaniu z retoryką ekspozycji. Spójna narracja ma służyć wzmocnieniu odbioru idei miejsca. Współczesne wystawiennictwo, przyczyniające się do powstania nowego modelu budynku muzealnego, zamknęło okres muzeów jako funkcjonalistycznych, neutralnych „kontenerów” na rzecz budynków tworzonych w zespoleniu z umieszczoną w nich ekspozycją.

The article presents selected examples of modern European museums, whose forms have been designed in association with the rhetoric of their exhibitions. This coherent narrative strengthens the reception of the idea of space. Contemporary exhibitions, contributing to the creation of a new model of the museum, closed the period of museums as functionalist neutral "containers" in favor buildings created in the anastomosis of their exposure.
