The article covers the analysis of created, on the ceiling of the EU, normative solutions in the milk market, in the field of creation of contractual relations connected with gaining of the agricultural raw material, together with its reference to the possibility of using them in the rest of agricultural markets. The research refers also to the national regulations, in the field of contractual relations, in connection with cultivation contract on the background of the supply and sale agreement.
