Many countries are interested in lowering the level of energy consumption in the process of manufacturing since the 1970's, i.e. the world crisis of energy. The high level of the energy consumption has a negative effect on natural environment. Power engineering is a main source of air pollution [1]. It is a source of sulphur oxide, carbon oxide and nitrogen oxide (50 to 60 per cent o f total air pollution).
