The article contains analyses results of Polish Air Force contemporary adaptation conditions to joint multinational operations in the aspect of the Polish Air Force logistics. It determines both the factors and the ranges of changes in its theory and organisation concept and model. The material should be the basis to construct the future Polish Air Force logistic model adapted to participate in the whole range of contemporary military operations such as war and military operations other than war – MOOTW- ranked very highly by NATO in both political and military aspects. It has been proved by the latest organisational and functional changes in the Alliance Armed Forces aiming at effective deployment and carrying out operations by Combined Joint Task Forces – CJTF, which usually will include joint air forces.
