The paper considers the effects of wake interaction on the profile loss for plane cascade flows. It was stated that the changes in profile loss have been caused by periodically forcing of the laminar-turbulent transition in a boundary layer. Measurements have been performed with the use of pressure probes as well as a hot-wire anemometer.
