Międzynarodowy Układ Jednostek Miar (SI) rozwija się w kierunku realizacji wzorców jednostek miar w oparciu o podstawowe stałe fizyczne, stałe atomowe lub efekty kwantowe, zależne od tych stałych. W artykule przedstawiono propozycje nowego systemu miar, jego definicję oraz dyskusję w sprawie nowego systemu. Oczekuje się przyjęcia nowego systemu miar w 2015 r.

The International System of Units (SI) develops towards to realize measurement standards on the base of fundamental physical constants and quantum effects. In the paper sever proposals to a new system of units are presented. There is presented the last proposal for the new system of units (SI). This proposal is still discussed. The new system of units is expected to be approved in 2015.
