Zmodyfikowano bezkontaktową metodę termowizyjną z lustrami tak, aby umożliwiała badania w warunkach nieustalonych, w czasie przyjmowania i oddawania ciepła, stałych i zmiennych charakterystyk cieplnych płaskich materiałów włókienniczych. Dla celów modelu teoretycznego badany materiał włókienniczy zastąpiono materiałem jednolitym, czyli homogenicznym, wprowadzając zastępcze charakterystyki materiałowe i cieplne umożliwiające opisanie zachodzących procesów cieplnych w sposób uproszczony. Do obliczeń zastosowano komercyjny program FLEX PDE 6. Następnie zweryfikowano model, posługując się specjalnie przygotowaną próbką wytworzoną z włókniny izotropowej o stałych charakterystykach cieplnych. W kolejnym etapie badań przystąpiono do pomiarów właściwości cieplnych specjalnie przygotowanych kompozytów włókninowych zawierających i niezawierających materiał przemiany fazowej. Zastosowano proszki firmy Rubitherm o temperaturze przemiany fazowej 27°C (PX27) i 35°C (PX35). Badania wszystkich próbek wykonywano wg następującego schematu: - określenie niezbędnych do obliczeń numerycznych gęstości i ciepła właściwego materiału, - przeprowadzenie pomiarów termowizyjnych i otrzymanie przebiegów zależności temperatury od czasu, - obliczenia komputerowe przy zakładanych wstępnych wartościach przewodności cieplnej właściwej, - porównanie wyników obliczeń z wynikami zmierzonymi, - wprowadzenie zmiany wartości λ i ponowne obliczenie komputerowe iteracyjne aż do otrzymania wystarczającej zgodności wyników obliczeń z wynikami zmierzonymi. Część prezentowanych badań opisanych w rozprawie począwszy od rozdziału 3 została opublikowana [125-127].

The thesis is devoted to developing the method of research of thermal properties, dependent on temperature, of textile materials and to performing the research verifying the usefulness of the method for research of their thermal characteristics. In the current work the following thesis was formulated: The heat conductivity, dependent on temperature, of flat textile products can be determined with a contactless thermovision method. In order to prove the thesis the contactless method of investigation was developed, which was used for determination of the flat textile products specific heat conductivity, changing together with the change of temperature. The existing methods of research of thermal properties of the textile materials are described in the work, with considering the previous research of the author concerning the development of a contactless thermovision method. The contactless thermovision method with mirrors was modified in the current work in such way that it enabled the research in unspecified conditions, during the time of receiving and dissipating of heat, of constant and changing heat characteristics of the flat textile materials. For the purposes of the theoretical model, the examined textile material was substituted by a uniform material, meaning the homogeneous, by implementing the substitute material and heat characteristics, enabling the description of the occuring heat processes in a simplified way. A theoretical model was developed, based on the Kirchoff-Fourier equation. The model was developed for the conditions of heating the sample, and also its cooling. In the first part of the work the material was characterised by a non-changing specific heat conductivity in time of delivering (dissipating) the heat. Then the model was extended to materials with thermal characteristics dependent on temperature. The commercial program FLEX PDE 6 was used for calculations. Then the model was verified with the use of a specially prepared sample made from isotropic nonwoven with constant thermal characteristics. In the next stage of the research the measurements of thermal properties, of specially prepared nonwoven composites containing and not containing the phase change material, were performed. The powders from Rubitherm company were used, with the temperature of phase change equal to 27°C (PX27) and 35°C (PX35). The values of specific heat conductivity of the examined materials were determined, which is, depending on the material used, a constant value, or a value described by a proper functional dependency. The analysis of measurements’ uncertainty was performed. The conformity of the course of temperature in the function of time obtained from the measurements and calculations was assessed with the use of determination coefficients. The research of all the samples was performed according to a scheme: - determining the values of materials’ properties necessary for numerical calculations (density and specific heat of the material), - performing the thermovision measurements and obtaining the course of temperature in the function of time, - computer iterative calculations at the assumed initial values of specific thermal conductivity, - comparison of the calculation results with the measured results, - performing of the calculations for changed values of λ until obtaining the conformity of the calculation results with the measured results, - accepting the determined specific heat conductivity. - analysis of measurements’ uncertainty. Part of the presented research, described in the thesis startiPng from chapter 3 was published [125-127].
