PL

Problematyka organizacji wiedzy obejmuje wszelkie formy, metody i narzędzia organizowania zasobów zgromadzonej przez człowieka wiedzy w celu jej późniejszego wykorzystania. W bogatym piśmiennictwie tej dziedziny i dotychczasowych badaniach uwagę skupiano przede wszystkim na metodach i narzędziach organizowania utrwalonej wiedzy dla potrzeb jej społecznego wykorzystania (przez środowisko naukowe, ogół społeczeństwa , określone środowiska zawodowe lub instytucjonalne). Niewiele uwagi poświęcano natomiast temu, jak ludzie organizują zgromadzoną wiedzę dla własnych, indywidualnych potrzeb. Celem artykułu jest wyjaśnienie pojęcia indywidualnej organizacji wiedzy i związanych z nim kategorii szczegółowych, problemów badawczych w tym obszarze, stanu badań dotychczasowych oraz postulatów dotyczących dalszych badań.

The issues of knowledge organization cover all forms, methods and tools of organizing the resources of accumulated human knowledge for later use. In the rich literature of knowledge organization and previous studies in this field attention was focused primarily on the methods and tools of organizing recorded knowledge for its social use (by the scientific community, the general public, specific professional or institutional communities). However little attention was paid to the methods and tools used by people to organize accumulated knowledge for their own individual needs. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the concept of personal knowledge organization, research categories and issues associated with this area, outline the state of current research and some proposals for further research.
