Punktem wyjścia zawartych w tym artykule rozważań jest przyjęcie hipotezy, że łańcuchowi dostaw przypisać można charakterystykę pod nazwą „cykl życia". W dalszej treści artykułu omawiana jest istota cyklu życia łańcucha dostaw i zaproponowana zostaje metoda jego identyfikacji.

The starting point of this article is the consideration to adopt the hypothesis that to a supply chain can be assigned the characteristics under the name of "life cycle". Later in the article is described the essence of the life cycle of supply chain, as well as the method of its identification.
