Abstrakty
The article presents the concept of a detailed design and explains why we need new mechanisms for the management of knowledge in detail designing. An overview of the available methods of design knowledge management is presented together with the review of new emerging trends, based on available literature. The last part describes a prototype application for use of design knowledge management.
