Abstrakty
This paper presents detailed analysis of phenomena which occur in cable connection between the drive and the motor. The impact of cable length on the proper inverter operation as well as protection against additional stress of motor caused by reflection in cable is analyzed, on a model developed for this purpose. Several configurations of output LC filters were implemented to investigate the optimal solution to reduce transient effect caused by dv/dt and high order harmonics.
