PL

Praca jest autorskim opracowaniem dotyczącym produkcji rur z metali nieżelaznych w ujęciu syntetycznym. W części wstępnej omówiono podstawowe podziały dotyczące różnorodnych rur w zależności od przyjętego kryterium. Omówiono teoretyczne przesłanki wytwarzania rur ze szwem i bez szwu. Główny nurt opracowania poświęcony jest wariantom technologicznym produkcji rur ze szwem i bez szwu. Rozpatrywane warianty technologii produkcji rur uwzględniają specyfikę metali nieżelaznych, koncentrując się głównie na rurach z aluminium i jego stopów oraz rurach z miedzi i jej stopów. Z racji coraz liczniejszych zastosowań rur z kompozytów metalowych w pracy omówiono możliwe technologie wytwarzania rur bazujących na materiałach proszkowych wytwarzanych w ramach metalurgii proszków. Krótko oceniono bieżący stan produkcji rur w Polsce i na świecie, zaś w podsumowaniu rozważono perspektywy produkcji rur z metali nieżelaznych.

In the article the production of tubes from non-ferrous metals in the synthetic form is presented. In the introductory part a basic divisions concerning different tubes in dependence on the assumed criterion are discussed. The theoretical premises for production of welded and seamless tubes are given. The main stream of the study is dedicated to different technological variants of manufacturing welded and seamless tubes. The analyzed variants take into account a specifics of nonferrous metals with a special attention to aluminium and its alloys as well as copper and copper alloys. The possibletechnologies based on powder metallurgy methods are also discussed because of more and more numerous applications of tubes form metallic composites. The current state of the art in production of tubes in the domestic and world industry as well as perspectives for manufacturing tubes form non-ferrous metals are also shortly described.
