Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
W artykule przeprowadzono porównanie nowych przepisów o emisji zanieczyszczeń dla pojazdów samochodowych kategorii homologacyjnych M i N wprowadzanych w UE w okresie ostatnich kilku lat z dotychczas obowiązującymi. Omówiono zasady nowego podziału tych pojazdów na lekkie i ciężkie. Nacisk położono na przepisy dotyczące kontroli pojazdów pod względem emisji zanieczyszczeń i cech z nią związanych (zużycie paliwa, moc silnika, zadymienie spalin).
The article contains comparison of the new regulations, concerning pollutants emission for the M and N homologation category motor vehicles having been introduced in the EU during the last few years, with the contemporary regulations. The rules have been discussed for new division of those vehicles into the light and heavy. The emphasis has been put on the regulations concerning checking vehicles for their pollutants emission and characteristics linked with it (fuel consumption, engine power output, exhaust smoke).
