Strategy is the main factor which allows a choice of management method. The basis of the company's success is an effective use of it by creating the uniqueness of the company. The effective strategy gives a possibility of determining the company's identity, its distinctness and competitiveness in the market. Therefore the essence of the good company's strategy is its distinctness. The article is a synthesis of a discussion on ways and methods of the effective management of the company, which has been lasting for many years. There is a necessity of orientating of management of the company on aims and strategies which are directed mainly on processes, quality, time, provision of services and connections with other companies. Existing trends and symptoms of orientating in management and activity of the company require application and taking advantage of the principles of the logistics.
