Przedstawiono metodę określania czasów retencji chromatografowanych substancji na podstawie ich temperatur wrzenia, obliczonych za pomocą programu komputerowego: Boiling Point and Vapor Pressure Calculator. Metodę wyznaczania czasów retencji przedstawiono na przykładzie liniowych alkoholi C1÷C10 i liniowych alkenów C3÷C9.

The method of determination the retention time of chromatographed substances on the basis of their boiling points calculated by the use of computer software Boiling Point and Vapor Pressure Calculator was proposed. This method was demonstrated for alcohols C1÷C10 and linear alkenes C3÷C9.
