Abstrakty

EN

The database collecting proteins complexed to any kind of ligand is presented. The search for selected, specific protein including enzymes, protein-protein complexes is possible. The server is publicly available. The development of the data-base is planned according to users’ experiences. The development of any form of ligand databases is of high importance nowadays particularly when medicine is facing the important challenge of individual therapy projected for each patients individually taking into account his/her specificity.
