Abstrakty
The understanding of actual deterioration mechanisms and the rate at which deterioration actually occur is essential to reconsider, in plant lifetime, equipment inspection planning. A lot of information along pressure equipments lifetime should be collected and used to improve the initial safety assessment. In major accident hazard establishments, such as hydrocarbon and chemical process plant, an integrated system aimed to follow all equipments from design to testing, from inspections to maintenance and repair.
