Abstrakty
Dieta roślinna i jej wpływ na funkcjonowanie organizmu. Omówiono ogólne założenia diety roślinnej, jej odmiany, wpływ na planetę, rolę w profilaktyce pierwotnej chorób dietozależnych, konsekwencje nieprawidłowego skomponowania diety a także spostrzeżenia ekspertów dotyczące rynku produktów roślinnych.
Plant-based diet and its impact on the functioning of the body. The general assumptions of the plant-based diet, its varieties, its impact on the planet, its role in the primary prevention of diet-related diseases, the consequences of improperly composed diets, and expert insights into the market for plant-based products are discussed.
