Rapid advances in technologies such as networks, database analysis techniques and high speed data processing helped the growing importance of organizational decision support systems. Integration of a various resources of information and knowledge for companies enhances their decision-making process in the framework of the real project. Development of this problem is offered in this paper. The Intelligent Decision Support system (IDSS) designed in this work helps a project manager in the decision support process during projects' management. IDSS is responsible for the information management and analysis. The output is the project portfolio selection proposals represented to the key users of the managing company.
