PL

Prawidłowo zorganizowany proces realizacji inwestycji budowlanych skutkuje wzrostem efektywności w budownictwie. W artykule scharakteryzowano Zintegrowany Proces Realizacji Inwestycji oraz technologię BIM, które wyznaczają nowy kierunek w budowlanym procesie inwestycyjnym. Opisano charakterystykę tworzenia modeli n-wymiarowych inwestycji oraz przedstawiono przykładowy projekt budowlany i wykonawczy opracowany w oparciu o model 5-wymiarowy (5D).

Properly organized performance of building investments results in growth of effectiveness in the construction industry. The article discusses integrated Performance of the Investment together with the BIM technology, which map out a new direction in the building investment process. The paper describes creation of n-dimensional models of investments and presents an exemplary construction design as well as detailed design, prepared on the basis of a 5-dimensional (5D) model.
