PL

Urazy komunikacyjne są trzecią przyczyną zgonów kobiet po chorobach układu krążenia i nowotworach złośliwych. Uraz ciężarnej wpływa na stan zdrowia ciężarnej oraz na dobrostan płodu i jego szanse przeżycia. Ratowanie życia rannej ciężarnej to wspólny wysiłek wielu ludzi w tym ratowników medycznych, lekarzy karetek pogotowia, lekarzy chirurgów urazowych, lekarzy położników oraz działanie lekarzy różnych innych specjalności, w zależności od rodzaju i rozległości urazu. Działania ratownicze koordynują lekarze położnicy, którzy są aktywnymi konsultantami zespołu chirurgicznego oraz muszą być przygotowani na szybką interwencję w przypadku zagrożenia utratą ciąży. Działanie wszystkich wymienionych pracowników służby zdrowia dotyczą dwojga pacjentów – matki i płodu. W pierwszej kolejności stabilizujemy stan ogólny ciężarnej, a dopiero potem ratujemy płód oceniając jego dobrostan.

Communication Injuries are the third cause of death in women after cardiovascular diseases and cancers. Pregnant trauma affects the health of pregnant and welfare of the fetus and its chances of survival. Saving the lives of wounded pregnant is a joint effort of many people including paramedics, doctors, ambulances, trauma surgeons, obstetricians and operation of doctors of various other specialties, depending on the nature and extent of the injury. Coordinate rescue efforts obstetricians, doctors who are active consultants surgical team and must be prepared for rapid intervention in case of an emergency pregnancy loss. Measure all these health professionals refer to two patients - mother and fetus. First, to stabilize the condition of the pregnant, and then saving the fetus assessing their welfare.
