The project addresses the environmental problem of energy supply for objects located far from mega-cities. This is achieved by using only renewable energy sources such as solar and wind energy. Examples of implementation are health, recreational, and educational complexes. Innovative potential of this work is in using the results for small-scale and medium businesses in the resort and sanatorium industry and redirecting of agricultural enterprises. The aim of this work is increasing the economical potential of enterprises based on sustainable management of natural resources. The main problem was increasing architectural and artistic qualities of energy-autonomous objects. For consideration of knowingly economically viable situation, energy potential development of health, recreational, and educational facilities was investigated. Sitting of buildings in environment does development of energy more effectively. And planning concept allows to save resources. Besides, environmental education and training to healthy behaviors are actual for Russia. Selecting a function of an object is determined by the fact that because of poor infrastructure in rural settlements adjacent to reserves, Protected Areas, and laces of ecological tourism in Russia, resort, sanitary, and tourism industries are suffering significant losses. Resort, recreational, and educational facilities is a basis for formation of small energy autonomous settlements. Therefore, energy potential for further development of building design is estimated; first of all, for placing photovoltaic elements at facades and roofs of buildings. The novelty of the present work as a "Green Project" is in developing: 1) Energy-autonomous buildings made of ecological materials (wood, stone) and finding functional relationships between rehabilitation and education; 2) Principles of town-building design with energy-autonomous buildings in accessibility regions around objects of historical and cultural heritage, specially protected natural sites, and ecological rural settlements; 3) Forming sustainable architectural, constructive, and space-planning decisions and compositional structure of health, recreational, and educational buildings equipped with renewable energy technologies. Buildings of health, recreational, and educational complexes create a basis for ecovillage «GENOM». GENOM means - Global Ecovillage Network Office Management. In a building of a recreational and educational complex the headquarters of association «Global Ecovillage Network (GEN)» is planned. The association GEN has the status of the special adviser at Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (UN-ECOSOC), and the partner of Institute of the United Nations in Training and Researches (UNITAR). The Association GEN principles introduce new scope in a project of ecovillage «GENOM». The project promotes the development of renewable energy sources (RES) technology, classified by Russian Government as crucial, in economically more advantageous conditions. This will allow small and medium enterprises to take part in financing renewable energy technologies used in the architecture of buildings. In addition, solving the problem of forming aesthetically appealing appearance of buildings made of eco-friendly materials and equipped according to technologies of renewable energy. The author’s methodology of evaluating the energy potential of territories and buildings for architectural and constructive designing could be used in the future for objects with other functions.
