Przedstawiono oraz uzasadniono koncepcję uzupełnienia systematyk podziału infrastruktury logistycznej o dodatkowy, pośredni szczebel różnicujący. W obrębie środków przemieszczania ładunków poszczególnych gałęzi transportu zewnętrznego z powodzeniem wyróznić można bowiem, obok tradycyjnych składowych, również tzw. promityczne, których szczególność wyraza się trzema zasadniczymi cechami: iluzoryczną dyspozycyjnością, pozorną pozytecznością oraz mozliwością ewentualnej konwersji. Autorzy przytaczają przykład żelazobetonowców jako promitycznych środków transportu. M. in. rozważają również ich użyteczność z punktu widzenia usprawnień w obrębie procesu transportowego.

The concept of complementing the systematization of logistics infrastructure division by an additional, intermediate, differentiating rung has been presented and justified. Apart from traditional components, some so-called: promite ones can also be distinguished within the measures of relocation of loads of particular external transport branches. The specificity of the latter can be expressed by three basic features: illusory availability, apparent usefulness and possibility of conversion. The authors give an example of concrete ships as a promite means of transportation. What’s more they concerns their usefulness from the point of view of rationalization within the transport process.
