PL

Oświetlenie reflektorowe pojazdów pełni kluczową rolę dla bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego po zapadnięciu zmierzchu. Natomiast świadomość kierowców w tym obszarze wynika z wiedzy zdobytej podczas kursu na prawo jazdy i późniejszej praktyki. Właściwości oświetleniowe reflektorów są określone w wymaganiach homologacyjnych i przepisach eksploatacyjnych. W praktyce powinny być spełnione minimalne wymagania w zakresie oświetlenia drogi i ograniczenia olśnienia innych uczestników ruchu. Jednak, jak wynika z innych badań i analiz, często właściwości reflektorów nie spełniają nawet tych minimalnych oczekiwań. Celem badania ankietowego była ocena świadomości kierowców praktycznie uczestniczących w ruchu drogowym i odniesienie jego wyników do wymagań i oczekiwań płynących zarówno z przepisów prawa jak tez zasad bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego i zdrowego rozsądku.

Headlights plays a key role for road safety during nightime. In contrast, awareness of drivers in this area base on the knowledge gained during the course of driving and subsequent practice. Characteristics of headlights are specified in thetype approval requirements and operating rules. In practice, should be met minimum requirements for road illumination and glare for other road users. However, according to other studies and analyzes the properties of headlights often do not even meet the minimum expectations. The purpose of the survey was to assess the awareness of drivers practically involved in road traffic and to relate its results to the requirements and expectations included as well in the law as well as in road safety rules and common sense.
