In this work there are basic principles and the concept of energy-conservative technology choice method during the reconstruction. At the initial stage of design it could save a lot of time and make easier the process of decisions making for building owner. This method allows to choose architectural concepts without detailed calculations, using only general characteristics of the object. It also allows to combine different specifications of technologies and building properties, shows the value of efficiency and help to choose optimal architectural solutions.
