Z perspektywy budowy Nowego Jedwabnego Szlaku inwestycje transportowe w Turcji stanowią kluczowy czynnik sukcesu dla tego przedsięwzięcia. Szereg inwestycji skupia się na usprawnieniu przeprawy przez Bosfor i zwiększeniu przepustowości w tym krytycznym geograficznie miejscu. Jednak także wzdłuż kierunku Wschód – Zachód na obszarze Turcji powstają projekty wpisujące się w planowany przebieg nowego szlaku. Budowa sprawne-go połączenia transportu kołowego i kolejowego pomiędzy Europą i Azją umożliwi zwiększenie wymiany handlowej i zmniejszy koszty logistyczne. Wiele projektów znajduje się w fazie realizacji co umożliwia urzeczywistnienie intersującej strategii logistycznej dla Turcji. Połączenie ważnych regionów świata Europy i Azji poprzez hub logistyczny w Turcji wydaje się koniecznością związaną z rozwojem obu tych ośrodków i dążeniem do wzrostu wymiany handlowej. Wymienione w artykule inwestycje mogą rzeczywiści zmienić obraz wydajności logistycznej Turcji a także Europy i Azji.

From the perspective of the construction of the New Silk Road, transport investment in Turkey is a key success factor for this project. A series of investments are focused on improving crossing the Bosphorus and in-creased throughput at this critical geographic location. But also along the East – West axis in the area of Turkey there are created projects linked to the planned route of the new trail. Construction of efficient transport connections, vehicular and rail link between Europe and Asia will enable increased trade and reduce logistics costs. Many projects are under implementation which enables the realization of interesting logistics strategy for Turkey. The connection of important regions of the world: Europe and Asia through logistics hub in Turkey seems to be a necessity related to the development of both centers and the desire to increase trade. Investments mentioned in the article can actually change the image of Turkish logistical efficiency as well as European and Asian.
