Przedstawiono problematykę budowania cyfrowych baz danych o zabytkowych obiektach budowlanych, wykorzystując metodykę BIM oraz integrację nowoczesnych nieinwazyjnych metod pomiarowych. Skupiono się na omówieniu podstaw tworzenia wirtualnych baz danych BIM.

The article aims to introduce the concept of creating digital databases of historical buildings, based on BIM methodology and integration of modern, non-invasive remote sensing methods. The author focused on discussing the basics of creating virtual BIM models.
