The intended aim of the paper is to present principles that underlie the operation of the complex system to analyze and assess flying safety of military aircraft. The computer-based system “TURAWA” has been developed in the Air Force Institute of Technology and at present is prepared to be implemented into air force bases. The system enables flying safety management.
